Do all of your products come with a warranty?

Yes, everything we sell comes with a free, one year manufacturer’s warranty as standard. Some of our products have two year warranties, as stated in the product listing.

Do I need to buy separate bulbs?

In most cases no, many of the lights in our product range have the necessary LEDs or bulbs included and installed, but there are some exceptions.

The exact details of each products lamp and energy requirements are specified in the ‘additional information’ tab on each product listing page. Here, you will also find other item specifics such as the products materials, dimensions, lumens output, and colour temperature.

Are the lights tested?

Yes. All of our lights are factory tested for 55,000 hours and are quality assured.

What if there's a problem with the product?

Everything we sell comes straight from the manufacturer with a minimum one year warranty and is safely delivered by expert couriers.

In the unlikely event that the product you order arrives defect or damaged then contact us as soon as possible. The manufacturer requires written notice within three days of delivery if replacements or parts are to be provided for free. We will arrange the courier to collect the product for a replacement or send you the parts. If you would prefer your money back then we can refund the full value of your order.

If you have a different problem and your product is out of warranty, then please get in touch. We will do everything we can to assist you.

What if I change my mind?

We operate a strictly no fuss 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, then log it with our returns department within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange for it to be collected via courier.  Once we have received it, we will refund your purchase  via the same payment method you used at checkout. Do I need an electrician to fit the lights?

All of the lights we sell require installing the same way that any standard light fitting requires. We strongly recommend that you use a qualified electrician to do this. We do not provide this service or recommend any tradesmen.

Should you experience any problems with your purchase due to incorrect installation, then we will not be liable to refund or replace your order, but please get in touch, we will do whatever we can to help.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. We want to make your experience of shopping with us as easy and pleasurable as possible, so we do not force our customers to sign up or create an account with us.

Is the CKL online shop safe and secure?

How do I place an order?

Shopping with CKL is very easy. Find the products you like, add them to your cart, review your order, and proceed to our secure checkout. You will receive instant notification that your order has been placed, as well as a confirmation email and receipt once the order is processed.

How can I cancel or change my order?

How and when will I receive my order?

Our lights are sold from UK stock and delivered to the address that you provide via Interlink next day delivery UK mainland. We will also need to process your order, so you will receive it within 2 working days or sooner. What shipping methods are available?

What if I miss the delivery?

The courier service includes a free tracking service, so you can stay up to date on where your package is, this makes missing your delivery much less likely.

If you do miss it, then not to worry, the courier will post you a card with details to arrange a new delivery slot.
